MISSION

Help Ed Gamble win a Taskmaster challenge by sending Greg Davies' head into space

When set the challenge of doing the thing that makes everyone go 'wow, that really is the greatest thing', Ed Gamble came to us for help with making his Taskmaster trophy even greater by sending it into space

EXECUTION

We added security measures to our craft that ensured that Greg's head would remain safe and sound on its journey to space and back. Taskmaster’s standing as a household name made it essential for the launch to go off without a hitch, and we had to be certain that the trophy was secure to ensure a safe landing — and so that we could return it to Ed, of course.

We completed the launch on a tight timeframe, releasing the craft from outside our HQ in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. The Taskmaster trophy ascended to altitudes of 104,000 feet!

The launch went brilliantly and was completed well in time for broadcast. Footage of Greg's head in space was aired on Taskmaster: Champion of Champions 2, and won Ed Gamble five points from Greg. Wow, that really is the greatest thing!
